    Abstract: 本計劃擬研究非結晶型聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF) 與結晶型PVDF,在水-二甲基甲醯胺以及辛醇-二 甲基甲醯胺溶液中之平衡相行為.其中非結晶 型PVDF之液-液相分離線(binodal)及樑線(tielines) 之取得,則利用吸收平衡法和霧點法來量測其 平衡濃度.再利用回歸分析,進一步地計算出這 些非結晶型PVDF的三成分溶液系統之交互作用 係數.相同地,依上述步驟亦可從結晶型PVDF之結 晶線平衡數據來推算結晶型PVDF的交互作用係 數.然後此類結晶型高分子的非結晶型PVDF與結 晶型PVDF於25.degree.C下,在水-二甲基甲醯胺以及 辛醇-液-液相平衡數據,即可由理論計算求得; 且其結果也可與非結晶型PVDF相互比較.非結晶 型PVDF之薄膜是以直接的浸漬-沉澱法來製備.其 薄膜的結構則可使用電子顯微鏡加以觀察.當 然可預期觀察到之結構,基本上是由在其內部 之胞孔以及接近上表面之指狀結構所組成的, 而這些結構皆為液-液相分離的特徵.然後,再將此種結構與結晶型PVDF取得之結構互相對照,以 找出製備由結晶性質主導或由液-液分離性質 主導的薄膜之最佳組成濃度與狀態.
