    Abstract: 本研究主要探討聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)及聚醯胺(Nylon)多孔型薄膜之製備及其在微過濾與薄膜蒸餾程序的應用。首先利用浸漬沈澱法及熱誘導相分離法製備聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)及聚醯胺(Nylon)薄膜,探討以此二法製備薄膜時影響薄膜孔隙結構之參數,並製作出一系列不同孔隙結構之薄膜,以SEM、DSC、XRD、Contact Angle等來作膜材物性分析。其次,將其應用於微過濾之實驗,以瞭解薄膜之孔隙結構、孔洞大小及親疏水性對微粒的截留效益有何影響。最後亦將所製備之薄膜應用於直接接觸式薄膜蒸餾實驗,探討孔隙結構及孔洞大小的效應。期望藉此開發出具有商業化價值的薄膜材料。
