    Abstract: 本研究針對中國工商專校財稅科83級五專應屆畢業生的擇業意向與80-82級五專畢業校友的實際就業狀況，以適合度檢定及比例檢定方法加以比較。就整體而言，在校表現與生涯規劃方面並無顯著關聯性。就家庭背景而言，父親職業對小孩職業的選擇是有顯著關聯性。而對83級應屆生擇業意向與80-82級校友實際就業狀況比較下，在生涯規劃、服務單位、薪資、工作性質方面都有相當程度的落差。
