    Abstract: 本研究乃主持人延續去年"高分子擠出熔融 体流變性之研究"之第二年研究計劃.該研究已 有一些初步成果,測量結果之驗証現正積極進 行.今續提壹為期二年之計劃,擬針對 Bayer氏所 提之熔融強度(melt strength)測定中拉伸比(stretch ratio,"Rs")值該如何選取,做一有系統之研究.希 望能針對不同之高分子材料熔融体以及各種拉 伸速率,而得以方便地選擇"Rs"值,並能準確測得 熔融強度以及拉伸粘度.其次,本研究擬更換不同之模頭形狀,以觀察模頭對高分子拉伸流變 行為之影響;擬藉延後拉力共振(draw resonance)之 發生,以使得拉伸粘度測量之變形率( strain rate) 範圍得以擴大. 最後,本研究還要針對所測得之 拉伸與剪切粘度數據,再以 White-Metzner流變模式 去模擬(fit)不同高分子熔融体之拉伸及剪切流 變行為.
