    Abstract: 本研究提出以轉運中心角度來設計接運公 車系統,經由公車站、轉運中心及捷運站階層 特性形成之接運公車轉運區位-路線問題(Feeder- bus Transfer Location-routing Problem;FBTLRP),建立了以 □旅客總旅行成本□及□業者營運成本□總和 最小為目標之非線性數學規劃模式。即當捷運 路網及公車站位已知情況下,決定適宜轉運中 心區位及安排接駁公車路線。而非線性數學規 劃模式規模龐大、架構複雜,故發展以合理啟 發式方法(Heuristic method)進行模式的求解。 研究結果顯示在進行接運公車路網設計 時,除了一般路線容量、服務頻率或營運計畫 等考慮因素外,轉運中心區位選擇亦為一重要 因素。對於接運公車路網設計是否設立轉運中 心,則因參數值大小及不同參數間差異程度而 異。經由個案及實例的測試,應用本研究所建 立之配合轉運中心區位選擇設計接運公車路網 模式,可求解出合適的路網型式,供決策及規劃 者參考。
    The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology which deal a feeder bus system with a hierarchical structure of the bus stops of three levels, i.e. bus stop, transfer center, and transit station . The Feeder-Bus Transfer Location-Routing Problem (FBTLRP) is derived from the traditional Location-Routing problem model. The FBTLRP can be defined as of determining the locations of transfer centers and associated routes structure such as to minimize the sum of the user costs and supplier costs. A mathematical representation of the feeder bus system is formulated as a non-linear programming with integer variables. Due to the complexity of the model, a heuristic solution method is developed for the solution of this model. It is shown that in addition to the factors such as route capacity, operating frequency and operation planning, the location of the transfer center is also an important factor in the design of the feeder bus system. Based on the results of case studies, the necessity of incorporation of the transfer centers is case-dependent, i.e., their necessity is depended in the types and magnitude of elements considered in system design. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the FBTLRP model is capable of providing valid solutions to test problems of different types and produces reasonable sand consistent responses to changes in various parameters in the feeder bus system.
