Abstract:	台灣已進入高齡化社會，高齡者就醫頻率高於一般人，倘若大眾運輸不方便，易造成高齡者就醫不便或改變就醫旅次，副大眾運輸是一個替選方案，以協助高齡者完成醫療旅次。本研究針對桃園、新竹與苗栗地區65歲以上平時會自行外出活動之高齡者，以問卷調查方式探討高齡者使用醫療副大眾運輸服務態度，並建構羅吉特模式探討影響高齡者搭乘意願之影響因素，以及利用多元迴歸分析探討高齡者願付金額之影響因素。 Taiwan has already been an aging society. The elderly require more medical trips than general people. If the public transit is inconvenience for the Elderly, they would encounter some difficulties, or change their medical trips. Paratransit may be an alternative to help the elderly for completing their medical trips. This study focuses on the elderly age 65 yea -old or over, living in Tao-Yuan, Hsin-Chu and Miao-Li counties and capable of doing outdoor exercises .This study employed a questionnaire survey to investigate the attributes for the elderly to use paratransit for their medical trips. The logistic regression model was used to explore the factors affecting their willingness to use paratransit for their medical trip, and the multiple regression model was used to examine the factors influencing willing-to-pay fare to use paratransit for medical trips.
