    Abstract: 本研究延續93年度計畫,開發幾丁聚醣/PHB複合薄膜,並探討其在生醫技術方面的應用。複合薄膜之製作乃合併電漿誘導聚合與固定化兩種技術,首先將PHB薄膜表面電漿接枝聚丙烯酸,然後以EDAC為反應活化劑固定幾丁聚醣。分別將不同孔隙結構及幾丁聚醣固定量之薄膜用於骨母細胞培養,觀察細胞之貼附與成長情形,以瞭解各培養參數對細胞培養之影響;另外分別用革蘭氏陰性菌Escherichia coli.及陽性菌Staphylococcus aureus進行抗菌測試,檢視薄膜之抗菌活性;期望藉由本研究能開發出新型生物分解性生醫膜材,以符合臨床之需求。
