    Abstract: 本研究之目的在於提出一系統性的方法，以因應新產品開發過程中所遭遇到的需求定義模糊的現象。本研究之方法分為兩階段：(1)以品質機能展開為架構，藉著各部門人員的參與，將客戶最關心的需求轉化為關鍵的設計參數；(2)透過專家評分，蒐集品質需求與設計參數間之對應關係數據，並以模糊迴歸分析建立兩者間關係的數學模型，以作為尋求最佳的設計參數的基礎。本研究以一氣動釘槍之新產品開發過程為案例，應用本研究所建議之方法來發掘客戶之實際需求與達成客戶需求之關鍵設計參數，並以模糊迴歸分析模型來量化客戶需求與設計參數間之關係。
