    Abstract: 多程管殼式中空纖維薄膜質量交換器在液 膜及氣膜相關分離程序的應用上,係藉多程管 殼的設計,加快流體流動速度,以降低中空纖維 管內外的質量傳送阻力.特別地,對於傳送阻力 主要在中空纖維管內外的系統,多程管殼式裝 置,將有效提高總質量傳送係數.本研究之理論 部分,將對管殼式中空纖維薄膜萃取器中之質 量傳送阻力加以分析,並提出關於多程管殼式 中空纖維薄膜萃取器的質傳修正因子及相關操 作參數,可提供為質量交換器設計及操作之用. 實驗部分,擬將Celgard X-10微孔疏水性中空纖維 管組合成單程管□二程管及三程管等三種一程 殼實驗裝置,而對醋酸-甲基異丁基酮-水系統進 行萃取操作,以探討其質量傳送阻力及傳送效 果.
