    Abstract: 加氨選擇性催化還原反應為降低固定廢氣 汙染源NO/sub x/排放量的諸多辦法中,去除率最 高者,經證實有效的觸媒很多,其中以V/sub 2/O /sub 5/為較佳的活性物.觸媒的配製方法,添加物 的成分比例以及擔體的選擇,都會影響活性物 體的活性□強度及抗毒性.成本的考量下,尋求 在較廣的溫度範圍下,仍能有良好的NO轉化率及 抗毒性為商業化SCR觸媒研究的重要方向.經本 研究室證實,以TiO/sub 2/-SiO/sub 2/共沈澱物為擔 體,對提昇觸媒的活性強度及降低反應溫度有 極佳效果,尤其對CuO最有效.針對CuO之抗毒性缺 點,以混合觸媒(CuO-V/sub 2/O/sub 5/)能大幅提昇其 抗毒性,然而與商業化觸媒比較仍不盡理想.添加WO/sub 3/應可提高表面酸度,增大操作溫度範 圍並增強其抗毒性.本研究室將擬以接近煙道 氣的操作條件測試自行配製之一系列不同CuO-V /sub 2/O/sub 5/-WO/sub 3//TiO/sub 2/- SiO/sub 2/組成的觸 媒,探討其表面積□孔隙體積□酸度和活性之 間的相關性及其抗毒化性質.改變各項操作變 數,取得有效之數據,推求通常之動力模式及其 參數,供設計商業化SCR去除NO/sub x/設備之參考.
