    Abstract: 本研究應用基因演算法檢示ISP的最佳化問題，並且利用已知的相關數學定理及圖形結構，提出符合此問題的編碼方式，我們稱此演算法為GPMGA，同時，也針對不同的圖形結構，例如稀疏且群聚的圖形結構等，分析其問題複雜度，最後在不同的問題複雜度之間，GPMGA與基因演算法相互比較實驗結果得知，在GPMGA效能上的確較為優異。
