    Abstract: 本研究應用基因演算法檢示ISP的最佳化問題,並且利用已知的相關數學定理及圖形結構,提出符合此問題的編碼方式,我們稱此演算法為GPMGA,同時,也針對不同的圖形結構,例如稀疏且群聚的圖形結構等,分析其問題複雜度,最後在不同的問題複雜度之間,GPMGA與基因演算法相互比較實驗結果得知,在GPMGA效能上的確較為優異。
