Abstract:	本研究在建構一個以網頁為基礎，協助供應鏈採購上的協商支援系統（negotiation support system， NSS）。協商（negotiation）的目的在於拉近彼此之間，對某項議題的認知，進而取得共識。協商過程中，雙方會對討論議題進行一來一往的交談，並做出適當的讓步，促使對方能夠妥協。本研究發展出一套整合展望理論（prospect theory）、效用函數（utility function）、多屬性效用函數（multi-attribute utility function，MAUF）、分析層級程序法（analytical hierarchy process，AHP）、協商讓步戰術與戰略（negotiation tactics and strategies）之中介於採購買方與賣方之間的採購協商支援系統，以期降低協商決策者在複雜環境下的負擔。
