    Abstract: 水文資料之收集不易、保存困難、管理不足且缺乏共同之儲存格式,導致資料之流通性不高,且水文基本資料分析(如頻率分析、水文統計、降雨逕流分析與洪水演算等)皆缺乏視覺化圖形操作介面與結果展示功能。本研究就水資源局水文資料庫系統,開發主從式圖形操作介面之水文模式分析系統。主從式水文模式分析系統,將由用戶端網路連結至伺服端的水文、水資源資料庫管理系統擷取資料,並由用戶端的應用程式進行相關分析(如雨量分析、流量分析),提供集水區進行各項水文分析良好使用介面,提昇水文資料的價值,並提高各項分析結果之時效性,及展示功能。
    In Taiwan, the collection storage, management, and format ofhydrological data do not attract much attention that makes thehydrological data shard difficult. Consequently, developing asubstantial hydroinformatics system to properly manage thehydrological data is vital important issue. In this study, thehydroinformatics system will composed of Geographic Information System(GIS) and hydrological analysis which includes intensity, duration,trend, and the frequency of rainfall, determining area averagerainfall, and probable maximum precipitation. The hydroinformaticssystem can provide scientific advice and assistance to officialsresponsible for making decisions. The operation system will isconstructed under window environment. It provides an efficient systemwith friendly input, output, and display functions for operators.
