    Abstract: 大於200目篩餘的城市垃圾焚化爐爐底渣,添加氧化鐵可燒製成輕骨料為使爐底渣可全部應用於建築工程中,本研究探討全量爐底渣配合外添加氧化矽及氧化鐵,燒製輕骨料,以提高爐底渣再利用的經濟價值試驗程序包括兩段水洗、顎式破碎、濕法研磨、添加氧化矽、添加氧化鐵、高溫燒結等試驗結果:當燒結溫度為l100℃、10克粗粒徑爐底渣添加氧化矽l克、2.5克與少量(0.1~0.4A)Fe2O3 即可燒制出較理想的輕骨料,其密度皆小於1.6g/cm^3 .且抗壓強度皆大於175kgf/cm2 由此發現城市焚化爐爐底渣經適"-3調整原材料配合比後,可燒製成輕骨料。
