Abstract:	2006年中國人民銀行、中國銀行業監督管理委員會與國家外匯管理局聯合頒布「商業銀行開辦代客境外理財業務管理暫行辦法」，開放並規範商業銀行從事代客境外理財業務。在2007年，中國大陸之商業銀行並共推出262款代客境外理財產品，總銷售金額達414億元人民幣及12.5億元美元，商業銀行代客境外理財業務遂受到注目。由於中國大陸整體商業銀行之代客境外理財市場深具成長潛力，未來將成為我國銀行業進入中國大陸市場後必爭的重要市場，故其相關規範與市場發展值得研究與關注，據此，本文將就中國大陸之商業銀行代客境外理財的業務准入、投資匯兌管理、託管業務、產品投資範圍等相關規範及市場發展與問題等予以分析，並在結論中提出對我國銀行業進入該市場的策略建議。
