Abstract:	近年來我國少數族群媒體開始發展，客家電視台、原民電視台陸續建立，然而從政策制訂、法源、體制、運作，乃至人事、內容與社會影響，都存在許多盤根錯節、有待釐清的問題。另一方面，主要來自東南亞與中國大陸地區的移民配偶和勞工，人數逐漸增加，亦成為我國愈來愈重要的族群議題。本研究企圖整合少數族群媒體的理論、實務與政策等三個面向，透過重新思考少數族群傳播的思想基礎，以及國外重要少數族群媒體案例的調查與分析，對國內少數族群媒體的政策與實務面向提出檢討和建議，俾能有助於創造我國理想的少數族群媒體與環境。
