    摘要: 此文所旨乃譯者身為智識份子所賦有之自由。一如華爾特‧班雅明，法國哲學家譯者安東尼‧伯曼樂見於將翻譯比擬為文學批評，用來說明譯者角色不可輕忽，其無論於詩意與倫理層面都身居要津，超越單純的翻譯學問題。從閱讀班雅明得知：譯者職責是一種文化工作形式。
    The essential question of this research paper is the intellectual liberty of the person who translates. Like Walter Benjamin, French philosopher and translator, Antoine Berman, would fain assimilate the translation to literary critique, this being a way to say that the role of the translator could never be neglected. It is concerned about the incontestable issues, poetic or ethic, which go beyond the simple questions of translatology. The task of the translator, according to our reading of Benjamin, is a form of cultural work.
