Abstract:	我國的基因體醫學研究主要在國科會資助之機構中進行，國立大學的相關科系為主要的執行機關，國科會挹注龐大的資金獎助生物科技方面的研究發展，同時立法院通過生技新藥產業發展條例，希望生物科技成為未來十年帶動台灣經濟發展的火車頭。然而，我國的基因體醫學與生物科技研究成果的商品化卻仍未如預期的成效。本文將探討在生物科技研究成果商品化，執行研究計畫國立大學在制度面遭遇的問題，從日本、歐洲國家國立大學進行產學合作的情形，試圖找出一個適合台灣商品化研究成果的模式與解決根本問題的方法。
