    Abstract: 本文以台灣訊息中心了解台灣,日本和中國大陸等區域的氣象雲圖狀況,從事衛星星系設計。在此區域再畫分出五個分區,分別為北京、成都、海南島、台灣、日本,利用衛星上加裝GPS酬載,使能夠準確判定我們是否到達所要觀測地點的通訊範圍。以Walker星系參數12/12/0、10/10/0、8/8/0、4/4/0和2/2/0的衛星星系分別模擬在傾角80度、70度和60度時候的衛星連結狀況。若衛星連結無法讓台灣獲得即時資訊時再輔以衛星的儲存轉送功能,讓資訊傳至中繼衛星或者最終衛星,尋求最小時間間距和最少衛星數量,可將觀測訊息傳至台灣地面站。本文同時利用STK衛星模擬軟體求得衛星之間都普勒效應大小及其對應位置,計算出衛星之間的方位角、仰角及距離。此等分析探討資料數據可以應用在星上天線自動跟蹤和功率自動調整的設計參考。
    This paper work on constellation design with Taiwan as information center acquiring weather images covering areas of Taiwan, Japan and China. Five sub-area, Beijing, Chengdu, Hainan, Taiwan and Japan, arechosen as main observing targets. The Walker constellation design and inter-satellite link are employed for present analysis. The GPS payload on satellites was also employed to make sure that our satellite is within the communication range covering these areas. When inter-satellite links failed to provide real time information of weather images to Taiwan, the store and forward and relay techniques are employed to pursuing minimum number of satellites required with minimum time lag. Walker constellation design of 12/12/0, 10/10/0, 8/8/0, 4/4/0 and 2/2/0 with the inclination angles 80 deg, 70 deg and 60 deg are considered in the present analysis. The magnitude of Dopple effects, azimuth and elevation angles and distance between two satellites are also calculated in the present analysis. These calculations could provide good reference for antenna auto-tracking and power management design of the microsatellite.
