    Abstract: 本研究以期望理論的觀點,探討信任關係(組織信任、主管信任、同事信任)與工作滿足(內在滿足與外在滿足)的關聯性?同時基於社會交換理論的觀點,探討信任關係與工作滿足對知識分享(知識分享意願、知識分享行為)的影響。本文以銀行業及軍事財務單位員工為研究對象,共412個樣本資料,經過結構化方程式模型驗證後發現,工作滿足對於信任關係以及知識分享具有中介效果,而內在滿足對於知識分享行為有較強的關聯效果。
