    Abstract: 在企業環境變化快速的今日,創新的領域受到了更多的關注。什麼是影響企業創新能力的關鍵因子,是本研究所關注的議題。本研究以台灣17家跨產業的公司為樣本對象,並回收有效問卷355份,透過線性結構化方程式模型將知識分享、吸收能力對創新能力的影響進行實證分析。研究結果發現,吸收能力為知識分享與創新能力的中介變項,而知識分享對吸收能力具顯著的正向影響。同時亦發現完全中介模式具模式延展及模式概化之特性,可適用於本研究中的任一產業。
