    Abstract: 長達四十多年的戒嚴解除之後，台灣內部的變化及民主改革等問題，日本民眾並未充分了解，本稿首先對此提出分析。其次，有關台灣的國際地位，日本亦長期忽視且誤解，有必要依國際法理論加以釐清。最後則針對如何改善關係，提出具體思考方向，以建立雙方互信與緊密交流的基礎。
