Abstract:	本研究的目的是瞭解虛擬知識社群知識建立與分享的動態過程，探討的方向是著重於長期信任關係的建立。而長期信任關係的建立過程，影響著虛擬社群成員如何擺脫虛擬世界的限制，並且分享知識、學習知識、進而創造新知識。這個研究將採用內容分析，長期觀察專業虛擬社群的互動內容。對於學術而言，本研究連接虛擬社群動態發展信任與知識分享的歷程，並提供了長期觀察虛擬專業社群對知識管理的探討。對實務而言，我們的研究將有助於虛擬專業社群的管理與推動。 This paper articulates the processes of knowledge creating and transformation between members in the virtual professional community. It questions to trust could be developed to help individuals signal some degree of knowledge, and thereby enhance the subsequent transfer of know-how across virtual community』s boundaries. We will adopt content analysis technique and collect interaction among virtual community』s members across sessions. For academics, this study contributes to the development of the knowledge cycle model through developing the linkages between the trust development process and the knowledge creation and transformation process. For the practices, our work will proposes insight into knowledge management community implementation in the virtual context.
