    Title: 台北市政府警察局辦案效率及其影響因素之評估

    Abstract: 本文之主要研究目的在探討造成各分局辦案效率差異之潛在因素，以民國86至89年度台北市警察局所屬13個分局為研究對象，採適合對多投入多產出情境進行效率評估的資料包絡分析法分析。實證結果顯示，各分局每年之外勤預算數及平均每位員警保護之人數均為各分局辦案效率值顯著之解釋因素。另外，在敏感度測試時，進一步發現到預算編列時點與辦案效率間有明顯之非同步關聯性。
