    Abstract: 本文研究液化天然氣(LNG )儲存槽建造材料9%鎳鋼,經過氬氣鎢極焊接(TIG Welding
    )後之破壞勒性, 以降伏破壞力學中之裂縫張口位移(COD )來推算其最大容許裂縫長
    度, 評估焊接之良窳。9%鎳鋼因其良好之低溫勒性, 為建造液化天然氣儲存槽之主要
    材料, 其焊接材料除採用鎳基合金焊條外, 亦有與母材成份相近的肥粒鐵焊條(Ferr-
    itic filler); 焊接材料及焊接條件之選擇均影響焊接結構之破壞強度, 裂縫張口位
    移(COD )為降伏破壞力學中之破壞強度參數, 在實驗室以小型試片經由低溫破壞試驗
    求其裂縫張口位移, 採用裂縫張口位移設計曲線(COD desing curve)可求其最大容許
    裂縫長度, 再將結果使用在整個焊接結構上, 以評估焊件中裂縫之可接受性, 本文對
    使用鎳基合金及肥粒鐵焊條的9%鎳鋼焊接接頭進行- 196 ℃低溫破壞試驗求其裂縫張
    口位移, 研討裂縫張口位移試驗方法與焊後裂縫之可接受程度。
