    Abstract: 本計畫主要探討二項與隨機移除逐步設限下Gompertz 和極值分配之樣本資 料的統計分析。首先分別討論分配中參數的最大概似估計量與特性,並對隨機 移除與二項移除兩方法分別探討Gompertz 和極值分配參數的100(1-α)%之信賴 區間與聯合信賴區域。進一步,定義一個準則(如: 信賴區間長度最短或信賴區 域面積最小等)以找出參數的最佳聯合信賴區域。其次,將對相關之參數做適當 檢定並探討分析各分配在不同移除之逐步設限下的期望時間。最後,將提供例 子和做一些電腦模擬來說明方法如何應用及其可行性。
