    Abstract: 本計畫主要探討二項與隨機移除型二逐步設限下Burr X 型和Burr XII 型分 配之樣本資料的統計分析。首先分別討論分配中參數的最大概似估計量與特 性，並對隨機移除與二項移除兩方法分別探討Burr X 型和Burr XII 型分配參數 的100(1-α)%之信賴區間與聯合信賴區域。進一步，定義一個準則(如:信賴區域 面積最小等)以找出參數的最佳聯合信賴區域。其次，將分析各分配在不同移除 之型二逐步設限下的期望時間。最後，將提供例子和做一些電腦模擬來說明方 法如何應用及其可行性。
