    Abstract: 車輛起迄表是分析交通問題時常引用的基礎資 料,其分析結果亦常用來支援重大交通建設時決 策之參考.在起迄表預測時,利用機率模型常需窮 舉起迄車輛使用某一路段的機率,目前尚無一有 效的方式來減少此資料輸入的負荷.且在討論車 輛起迄預測文獻中,亦無有關非確定性網路Q參變 數校估之文獻可稽.本計劃將發展最佳化模型,模 型可以應用於非確定性擁擠路網,同時解得車輛 起迄表及非確定性路網之Q參變數.本文引用邏輯 特模式及求解非線性連續方程式,以求解車輛起 迄表及Q參變數.結果將會使預測的準確度大幅提 高;尤其是此方法可應用於更一般性之運輸網路 上.
