    Abstract: 本計畫係以台北都會區捷運系統木柵線通 車前後之個體運具轉移(Disaggregate modal switching 以下簡稱DMS)行為為研究主題.本研究首先將釐 清「顯示性偏好」(Revealed preference)與「敘述性 偏好」(Stated Preference)之資料特性與應用方法, 再進行二者合併模式之探討,進而依隨機效用 理論中羅吉特分配之假設修正敘述性偏好模式 之誤差.在模式發展方面,本計畫將以修正之「 巢式三元羅吉特模式」(Nested trinomial logitmodel) 為架構,整合傳統羅吉特模式與「轉移門檻效 用」(Switching threshold utility)觀念,構建一套能反 映捷運系統引進後DMS行為之計量模式.有關新 建模式之校估,將應用最大概似法推估參數值. 在實證方面,本研究將針對各類都市運具(小汽 車□機車□公車□計程車)使用者於捷運系統 通車前後之選擇/轉移行為進行探討,並以台北 市捷運系統木柵線沿線居民為研究對象,分別 進行電話訪問□運具擇基與行為追蹤等系統抽 樣調查.在新運具引進或運具服務屬性變化下, 基本上均可利用DSM計量模式預測整體旅運市場 之運具重分配(Redistribution)比例,並獲得相關行 為與規劃參數.另外,透過通車前後DMS行為分析 結果,將可推導得敘述性偏好DMS模式之一般化 行為調整函數或參數.本研究所發展得以兼融 顯示性偏好與修正型敘述性偏好之DMS模式,以 及捷運系統通車前後DMS行為之本土化經驗與實 證分析結果,在理論發展與實務應用上,當具有 前瞻性與實用性,並可做為新運具引進有關需 求預測與系統營運規劃,乃至都市運具發展政 策研擬之參考.
