    Abstract: 「替代道路」之即時與動態路徑旅行時間資訊提供,是疏解高速公路擁塞、分散與均衡空間車流,提昇道路服務水準的唯一選擇。業務主管單位囿於經費預算,無法全面佈設固定式偵測器,致使零星佈設之道路偵測器資訊,無法發揮整體效果,使替代道路動態旅行時間資訊發展,一直停滯不前。 本研究有鑑於此,嘗試探討替代路徑之偵測器密度佈設分析,在偵測器佈設不完整之前題下,以推估動態起迄車流量之概念,架構路徑上各路段之相互關係,利用遞迴演算的卡門濾波(Kalman Filter)模式作為基礎,以即時偵測器蒐集之資料為檢核點之限制,嘗試建立出在偵測器資訊不完整條件下之路徑旅行時間預測模式,同時利用GPS探針車資訊,嘗試分析對偵測器密度之影響分析,進一步提出不同偵測器佈設組合下,根據替代道路之動態旅行時間預測品質找出合理之規劃原則。
