傳統運輸規劃程序為:旅次產生、旅次分布、運具選擇與交通指派,此概念自1950年沿用至今,主因在於其程序步驟相當合乎邏輯;但傳統運輸規劃僅適用於長期規劃。有鑑於近年來ITS逐漸受到重視,以及動態交通輛指派發展逐漸成熟的因素下,本研究以桃園運輸規劃為例,根據傳統運輸規劃之流程,加入動態交通指派模式,將運輸規劃與動態指派模式作整合,並藉由DynaTAIWAN交通模擬平台來進行數值實驗等相關分析。 Traditional transportation planning procedures include: Trip Generation, Trip Distribution, Modal Split, and Traffic Assignment. Due to advancement of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Dynamic Traffic Assignment (DTA) models have been developed and incorporated within transportation planning procedures to bridge the gap between transportation planning and traffic operations. This research aims at establishing a conceptual framework for using DTA in transportation planning processes and illustrating possible advantages through empirical data. The Taoyuan county empirical data is applied in the experiment to discuss possible issues relating to the integration.
