Abstract:	不完善的專案需求管理被認為是導致專案失敗的主要原因之一，且可能對專案的成本與進度具負面的影響，然而許多組織並未適當地管理一個專案的需求，進而影響到專案後續的設計，因專案需求管理可能為專案成功的重要關鍵，為了瞭解專案需求管理所能帶來的好處，有必要進一步從事需求管理效益的量化研究。本研究主要目標為調查專案從事需求管理的層級，以及進行需求管理對於專案績效的影響，為了深入探索此項主題，本研究將根據需求工程的理論來建立專案需求管理模式，並將以統計分析的方式探討進行需求管理與專案成功的相關性，此外，研究中將討論如何決定影響專案表現之關鍵需求。
