    Abstract: 績效評估策略與薪酬設計策略之研究方向甚廣,本研究乃由權變與員工認知公平的角度來探討此二議題之配適策略。主要目的即在組織策略目標的指引下,構建出不同「績效評估策略」與「薪酬設計策略」之配適策略架構,同時發展出員工對於上述配適策略之認知公平策略;意即不同績效評估策略與薪酬設計策略之組合,應該如何強化員工的認知公平以及應加強何種認知公平,以滿足員工心理需求並達成組織策略目標。本研究屬於探索性之研究,將先進行文獻探討以建立基礎理論之架構,進而選取國內某製造業公司以深度訪談方式進行個案研究,以修正原理論架構。
