    Abstract: 本研究擬對需求與存貨量有關且週期末存貨水準不必然為零的退化性物 品，找出最適的補貨策略。在倉庫容量有限的情形下建立符合實際狀況的存貨模 型；最適解存在且為唯一的必要及充分條件將被提出，並且擬發展出一個定理來 決定最適的補貨週期。進一步，將以幾個數值範例來說明此模型的求解過程與理 論結果，及其管理意涵。最後，進行敏感度分析以暸解模型中主要參數變動 對最適解的影響。
