    Abstract: 績效評估之研究方向甚廣,本研究嘗試在績效評估制度之設計上納入權變的概念。 主張在不同的情境下,績效評估制度應有不同的設計。從文獻的探討擬推導出一理論基 礎架構:當績效資料的特性不同時,建議應採用不同的評估方法,另一方面在不同的競 爭態勢下,建議評估準則的重點應有所不同。本研究將進而以個案研究法選取國內某高 科技公司進行深度訪談,以修正所建立之理論架構。
