    Title: 親密按摩生心理指標效果之研究

    Abstract: 「親密按摩」整合西方性按摩與中國傳統按摩之概念與技術，是一種可增進伴侶及個人之舒適與親密感的新技術。本研究之目的為評估親密按摩對受試者身心理指標之影響效果，66位受試者接受前測（收縮壓﹑舒張壓與心跳）後進行一小時親密按摩，隨後進行後測與自陳問卷（心理指標）。研究結果發現，受試者接受親密按摩後之心跳顯著下降，收縮壓與舒張壓則無顯著差異；心理指標各項評量滿意度皆達100％。本研究最後針對前述結果提出討論與建議。
