    Abstract: 本研究中將探討連續型的二維分佈，其中包括指數、伽碼、韋伯及巴列多分佈。將由 FGM 分佈族中選取，或擴大其分佈族，並且考慮建立新的參數型的二維分佈，以符合實際統計二維相關資料的描述及分析。此外與統計相關的參數估計問題，也為研究重點。其他在篩檢資料以及加速壽命檢定的問題也將一併加入探討。在某些情況下，多維分佈(由二維推廣)也在研究範圍之中。
