    Abstract: 本研究將討論幾丁聚醣/丙烯酸(CS/AA)共聚體的分解性。我們利用過硫酸鉀(KPS)以及硝酸銨鈰(CAN)兩種起始劑,分別合成幾丁聚醣/丙烯酸嵌段共聚體(Block copolymer)以及接枝共聚體(Graft copolymer)之後,以酵素水解,活性污泥微生物分解兩種方法,評估其是否具有分解性。從研究中發現,不論是使用酵素或是活性污泥溶液,皆能使共聚體發生重量損失。
    The degradation of chitosan/acrylic acid (CS/AA) copolymer was studiedin this research. Two different initiators, namely, potassiumpersulfate (KPS) and cerium ammonium nitrate (CAN), were used toinitiate the copolymerization of acrylic acid onto the chitosanchains. The degradation of copolymers were observed in lysozymesolution and in active slurry solution.
