Based on Taylor’s theory (1) on diffusion by continuous movement using Richardson’s(2) relation of standard deviation and eddy diffusivity, and employing an assumption on the auto-correlation sited by Sutton,(3)the diffusion from a finite line source with arbitrary wind direct was analyzed and discussed.
