Abstract: Based on the developmental trend of mobile devices from simple to multi-interactive, this study proposes the Mobile Learning Portal, which is an interactive platform with innovated and integration application including Learning, Testing, Alarm, History, Community and Personalize. Firstly, in learning aspect, users through the Learning Agent choose uninterrupted or interrupted learning. Secondly, in testing aspect, either self test or normalize test is selected and the result is immediately recognized via Testing Agent. Thirdly, in the aspect of Alarm, the system obtains the pre-defined parameters through the coordination mechanism of Alarm Agent, and then automatically sends messages or forcefully sends e-mails to users. Fourthly, in the aspect of History Agent, the system will automatically record the track of user's operation such as learning courses and evaluation courses. Fifthly, in the aspect of Community, users elect three modes containing Forum, Blog and Vlog to interact with the system. Eventually, in Personalize aspect, the system through Personalize Agent provides personalize virtual space for users. The Mobile Learning Portal constructs the ubiquitous mobile intelligent learning environment, which provides user(s) more flexible learning method at anytime and anywhere.
