摘要: Various service supports are the principal requirements of the Beyond Third Generation(B3G) system; therefore, the need to improve integration og heterogeneous networks is significant. This study refers to EVOLUTE (a project of Information Society echnologies(IST)) that combines Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) with Mobile IP (MIP) to support macromobility management and Cellular IP to support micromobility. Also, this papper uses Multicast-based Mobility (M&M) to aid Cellular IP (CIP) in micromobility management. The aim of this paper is to produce a complete integration of heterogeneous network to support fine-fit mobility management for seamless handoff. Thecooperative M&M/CIP is suitable for macromobility management, proposed by EVOLUTE, to support real-time and non-real-time data flow in micromobility management. Simulation results prove that the proposed system achieves good performance. The proposed system also satisfies the demand for multimedia services. We conclude the proposed system facilitates further development of wireless communication networks.
