Introduction: 95學年度開始招收第一屆新生，旅遊與旅館管理學系將秉承本校推行多年三化政策：國際化、未來化、資訊化為基礎，並結合蘭陽校園獨特全人教育、英語教學、大三出國政策，傳授旅遊及旅館事業經營管理所需之相關專業知識，配合蘭陽地區豐富的旅館事業資源養成實務技能，培養專業服務與守法經營之職業道德，以最先進的觀念與創意的精神，將學生將栽培成為具國際觀及優異品格之觀光業最高級的管理階層人才，以提升國家整體旅遊旅館業之經營與服務水準。

The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management is becoming a future star of Tamkang University while large amount of resources have devoted to it. After the opening ( June 16, 2006 ) of Hsuehshan tunnel, currently the fourth longest in the world, the stream of people will be flooding into Yilan. Based on this foundation, along with the triple objectives of the Tamkang University , Globalization, Information-oriented Education, and Future-oriented Education, the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management is standing on a firm ground.
