    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討社區心理輔導機構當事人所感受的輔導助益性情形，並探究與輔導員及當事人有關的輔導助益性因素。本研究採取量化研究及質性研究並重的同時檢證混合研究設計，運用研究者自編的會談感受量表及輔導助益性因素訪談大綱為研究工具。獲致下列研究結果：1.接受電話或晤談輔導之當事人對於輔導助益性的評量沒有明顯差異。2.並未完全支持當事人不同背景變項在輔導助益性評量上有顯著差異的成立。3.共獲得瞭解自我、知道行動方法等八項輔導助益性的內涵。4.共發現三個層面計十七項與輔導員有關的輔導助益性因素以及二個層面共十項與當事人有關的輔導助益性因素。文末並針對研究結果提出討論與建議。
