    Abstract: 本研究以電子文件之檔案價值為研究主題，從專家學者之觀點了解鑑定電子文件檔案價值的評估項目，以期能對電子文件鑑定的議題有更為深入的了解，進而能提供檔案管理實務界規劃電子文件鑑定策略時之參考。本研究採用德菲法來收集進行相關資料。整體結果顯示電子文件的檔案價值是個多元面向的概念，須同時從宏觀與微觀的層次來思考檔案價值的評估。其評估準則應以社會和機構因素為引導，以內容資訊為主要考量。至於電子文件所依賴的資訊系統及提供有關該資訊系統的操作說明和支援性文件則是未能在填答者之間形成共識。
