The platform’s scaffolding design for Online inquiry learning and Webquest teaching strategy in this research are designed based on 4 scaffolding types: (1)procedural, (2)conceptual, (3)strategic, and (4)metacognitive scaffolding. The pedagogical components of Online inquiry and Webquest are analyzed first then the scaffolding design deployed based on components integrated from these two pedagogical concerns. The expert review was followed to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of scaffolding design.
