Abstract: The Testing Center at Securities and Future Institute (SFI) in Taipei, Taiwan proposed a study to investigate its target audiences in terms of the motivations to attend the professional examinations offered by the Testing Center, the barriers that the target audience encountered during preparation of such examination, the satisfaction and post-exam reaction levels on the services provided by SFI, the inter-relationship between these dimensions, as well as whether examinees' personal factors affected these dimensions. The results are anticipated to help SFI in understanding how to better facilitate and serve its target audiences in the process of passing the computer-based professional exams. The quantitative research method was used to collect data, which was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Canonical Correlation, and Multiple Regressions methods. The results showed that personal factors such as different genders, ages, occupations, and types of exam taken significantly influenced adult examiners' motivations, barriers, satisfaction and post-exam reactions.
