The research will examin the effectiveness of three major distant learning methods (e-mail, computer conference, and web page) in the reduction of computer anxiety, attitude toward technology, and computer-using competency of in-service teacher through 16 weeks designed course. In order to increase use of technology in the classroom, develop effective training programs, and with more and more investment in distant learning by many states, it is important to examine which distant learning training method reduces most the effect of computer anxiety, increases most the effect of computer-using competency, and changes most the effect of attitude toward technology.
