    Abstract: 政府規劃推動「十二年國民教育」(簡稱十二年國教),是一件好事,但如果不好好規劃,可能就變成壞事了。尤其是十二年國教中最根本的師資與課程問題,我們絕對不能重蹈師資培育盲目多元化和躁進式九年一貫課程的覆轍。基本上,我們認為無論師資培育或課程發展,一定要掌握專業優質、循序漸進的基本原則。本文除了針對師資和課程提出若干疑慮問題外,並就「陽光計畫」、師資再造(師資培育方面)及「標準程序」、課程重整(課程發展方面),各提出若干具體建議,以供推動十二年國教之參考。
