Abstract:	近年來由於電腦的普及和網路速度的提升，資訊科技融入教學已成為倍受重視的研究主題。由於許多管理課程中，互動與實務能力的培養是重要的教學目標；因此，為了提供更有效的訓練方式，建立線上互動模擬環境是一個值得思考的方向。本研究嘗試將投資管理訓練結合網路技術，讓使用者可以藉由網路操作環境進行虛擬股市交易，隊學習及演練投資理財的知識與技能。此外，系統並提供即時討論區及投資理財相關知識的測驗，可對營業員進行能力鑑定，同時也可作為投資人實境演練的學習環境，達到實務和理論兼備的學習成效。經過一個半月的實驗結果顯示，本系統提供的功能，可符合80%使用者的需求；同時對初學者而言，不論在股市操作實務和投資基礎理論的學習也都有相當的助益。
